5K a Day Movement Challenge - Walk, jog or cycle to a healthier 2024. £100 Cash Prize will be awarded at the end of the challenge to an individual who has successfully completed 5K per day. Daily accountability on social media is required alongside relevant tags.

By ENTERING THE TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE, you WILL get access to:

  • A range of simple-to-follow programmes covering High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), home resistance and gym equipment programming. Each program is tailored for beginner, intermediate and advanced experienced levels separate into three-phases which will increase in intensity over a 49 day period.

  • A library of exercise demonstration within the program to help you complete the challenge. Exercise descriptors are provided alongside videos in order to make sure you get the most out of your workouts.

  • MyFitnessPal compatible recipes for tracking full meals without scanning individual ingredients, including full ingredients lists and cooking instructions.

  • A personalised calorie-controlled and step-counted plan will be sent to each challenger once signed up which details the amounts of macro-nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming on a daily basis. A tutorial will be provided on how to log calories through MyFitnessPal.

  • Once per week, a live video showing you how one of the included recipes are made.

  • Online closed group where fitness ideas, motivation, advice on balancing calorie counts and food hacks can be shared to support you on your journey.

  • Daily Facebook Messenger/ email support and guidance.

I want to say thank you very much! Normally I last a couple weeks with a diet and stop seeing weight loss so give up.

I understand now with the information from yourself from others, that it’s not a diet and there are days that won’t go to plan but it’s a lifestyle change to eat healthier and still have the odd treat and to move more.

I’m delighted with my results from this challenge. I’m someone who has always enjoyed working out but would never stick to the nutrition element long enough to see decent changes. I’ve learned so much from Jamie and his advice, can’t believe how much I need to eat to lose weight! I am just short of losing a stone over the 7 weeks and it’s been the kick start to the new year I was hoping for.

I want to say a genuine huge thank you to everyone of you, the online support has been amazing. These last 7 weeks have probably been the most positive of my life. I have learnt so much about my eating habits and managed to break those bad habits, which I have no intention of starting again. I haven’t had the biggest weight loss, though I am very chuffed with my 4.4kg but I can really see a difference in my body shape, I have even managed to wear work trousers again instead of my leggings which have been a permanent fixture all through Covid.

Jamie provided me with tailored nutrition plan to follow by calorie counting, daily step targets and workouts to follow.

It’s been the best 7 weeks. Not always easy but it’s been so worth every minute. In 7 short weeks I have lost an incredible 13.6kg in weight, 34cm from across my body and my attitude towards food and fitness has changed so much.

It has been real eye opener for me. I have definitely found a new strength in me I didn’t know was there. I realised that when my motivation wasn’t enough I have the dedication and discipline to keep going forward. This is something I haven’t had before.

I have done every single diet and weight loss program there is known to man without any success to actually teach me how to be healthy and fit at the same time until now. I have learnt so much about what I can eat within my limits and I have genuinely never been fitter.

Jamie- I cannot thank you all enough for every single bit of support you’ve all given me in the last 7 weeks. Roll on the next one on March. I am ready for you.

I have loved this challenge. I wasn’t confident enough to go to classes, but exercised at home with Jamie’s HIT videos.

The group has been great, motivating and full of ideas. People sharing good and bad days .. showing we are all human.

This was a challenge ..now it’s going to be my way of life...

10 pound offs and over the moon … I didn’t have much to lose but wanted to change some bad alcohol and chocolate habits …. Drastically reduced for me over the last 7 weeks and planning to keep it going … its been fab so thanks to everyone for the tips and encouragement .
