    A personalised nutrition plan is provided and will help guide you when making healthy food choices. We have also developed our very own recipe books and cooking videos to support you.

  • Modern, APP-based programming

    Using My PT Hub, you will receive app-based programming including exercise tutorials, a nutrition diary and weight tracker, with the ability to upload measurements and progress photos to track your progress and maintain high motivation levels, ensuring training effectiveness.

  • 18 years of experience

    I first began my fitness journey some 18 years ago. Over the years, I have helped to support a wide range of clients and helped them to reconnect with their Health and Wellbeing, developing their understanding of exercise and nutrition.
