I am a fitness professional with a wealth of experience in personal training, rehabilitation and group fitness.

I first began my fitness journey some 19 years ago. During this time, I have learned how to work alongside clients, helping them to to build their “better body”, rehabilitate their mind when needed and help them enjoy exercise once more.

Throughout the years, I have worked with a range of clients such as disability groups, sports clubs, schools, NHS rehabilitation referrals and individuals preparing for the Invictus and Global INAS Games.

Over the years, I have continued to learn and develop as a fitness professional, undertaking numerous qualifications and certifications. I have recently become a qualified post-natal instructor and provide post- natal fitness sessions within the local community for new and existing mums to socialise and exercise together.

I provide local fitness classes that help people to improve their fitness levels, but also provide opportunities for them to establish new friendships, develop teamwork if skills and above all- have fun.
